Artificial IQ engineer shared his struggles with a culture of work and exhaustion in a US -based emerging company, highlighting the pressures faced by professionals early in highly demanding technical roles.

While his role was expected to focus on artificial intelligence, he has spent most of the time dealing with the rear work of Python and shipping multiple production features.

Unlike other teams, it often works with the founders directly, not with ordinary employees, which often increases vision and pressure.

He described the company’s culture as very demanding. According to his position, achievements are rarely recognized, but even small errors are marked immediately. “Since I am working alone in most of these projects, responsibility and pressure falls perfectly on me,” he wrote. Over time, this affected all of his mental and physical health. He added: “I am only on the laptop all day,” noting that even the festive seasons no longer feel fun.
