Anania Birla says that the return on investment is not just a measure – it is a mental. The 31 -year -old businessman and artist told that India is heading today that the return on investment leads every decision it makes, whether it is directing a financial strength or writing songs in the studio. She said, “I mean, the return on investing everywhere. It is also in my music.” “I am Mouroury. It is in my blood.”

In 17, Perla fired Svintra Microfen, a bold step for a very young person – and from a prominent family like Perlas. “I felt guilty about the privilege in which I was born,” she confessed. “I wanted to do something myself to feel that I was worth it.”

This motivation has resulted. Svatantra is now the second largest microfinance organization in India through drainage. The company did not escape the last microfinance crisis, but it appeared stronger. “If we don’t gain Citania when we did it, it will be closed,” I noticed. “We have maintained the return on investment and Opex through one of the most difficult periods in industry.”

Perla attributes that flexibility to more than just the acumen of business. She said: “I think that if I work hard with good intentions, the universe will take care of the rest.” It is a philosophy on her skin – literally – with a tattoo that reads “God”.

Her second work may seem like a Pop-R&b artist, at odds with her identity to companies, but Perla insists that two worlds inform each other. She said, “I knew that I wouldn’t have a linear path.” “The music started with the love of hair. When I picked up the guitar, it became famous – and it is a perpetrator of everything I felt.”

However, the budget of both roles was not easy. “People were not sure how to take me – a woman running a financial company during the day and performing on the stage at night,” she said. “But I put the work on both sides. I do meetings from 9 to 9, then I am in the studio from 9:30 to 2 in the morning.”

Song writing describes as a “small treatment” and admits that weakness can be uncomfortable. “But I believe that I am real. I can’t live in any other way.”

I was asked if works or music were more difficult, ignored. “It is a context. The operation of the company is 24/7, 365. But music puts your face there. It seems as if it is asking me to choose between my mother and my father.”
