To reach an Instagram map, you will have to go to the DMS section in Instagram, then press the map icon in the upper row of status icons. Instagram gives you four different sharing options for the map. You can participate with:

So to disable the entire site’s participation in the Instagram map, or change who can see your site:

Click on DMS icon In the right upper corner.

Click on Site sets menu (In the form of a gear) in the right upper corner.

Then click on “no one”To disable site post.
To change who shares your site, follow the same steps only instead of choosing “No one”, choose one of the other options that Instagram offers.
How to share specific sites on Instagram map

For more granular control in sharing site, you can also add specific sites to the “hidden places” menu that will never appear on the Instagram map during your visit. If you want to adjust this list, open the map feature, then:

Click on Site sets (Embry icon) in the right upper corner.

Click on Three points list In the corner of the settings menu.

Write in the name From the place and then press finished.
