The civil issue of five black women is determined by a legal precedent across the United States in combating organized hatred.

A group of black lawyers use an unknown law to win a case that was previously believed to have been lost. Their victory is a legal precedent that is still used in US courts today.

Five black women from Catanota survived the shooting by members of the Ku Klux Klan in 1980. While the criminal courts handed over a slight penalty to the shooter and two men allowed a free walk, women were determined to hold the white group accountable for their crimes. Using legal ingenuity, lawyers and women group created a plan for Claren’s bankruptcy and justice to society.

How to sue KLAN is a documentary of John Ped.
