Beijing is declining the largest military procession ever with the presence of dozens of world leaders.
On the eighties of the end of World War II, President Xi Jinping told the world that China is not afraid of violence, and showed them its weapons: advanced military services, ballistic missiles, and nuclear weapons that fill the Tiananmen Square, with thousands of soldiers.
Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un also occupied the lead center.

If so, how was this message received? What does global policy mean?
