The convincing and armed security contractor over the dirt hill monitors thousands of Palestinians who were boiling in narrow corridors separated by the walls below.
It makes a heart shape with his hands and responds to the crowd – the fence begins to bend while pushing it against it.
This cheerful scene was filmed on Tuesday, which is the day of the opening of the aid distribution center – a vital lifestyle for Gazans who have not seen new supplies in the tape for more than two months due to the Israeli siege.
But by the period after this afternoon, the scene was from the overall chaos. Videos showed The distribution center by desperate civilians exceeded Try on collapsed barriers. People ascended as shots.
This was the unlimited beginning of the controversial new aid distribution plan by the Gaza Humanitarian Corporation (GHF), a newly created body in the United States and Israel.
GHF was assigned a desperate hungry feeding. The United Nations said that more than two million are at risk of hunger.

The Foundation, which uses armed American security contractors, aims to overcome the United Nations as a major resource for assistance in Gaza. It has been highly convicted and boycotted by relief agencies and United Nations. But Israel said that an alternative to the current relief system is needed to stop Hamas theft of aid, which the group denies.
To obtain a picture of the first few days of this new aid delivery system, BBC Veirify has approved dozens of photos in distribution sites, interviews with humanitarian experts and logistical services, analyzed Israeli aid transfer data and official data issued by GHF, and speaking with Ghazan in search of supplies.
Employee scenes in distribution centers
GHF said it was aimed at feeding one million Ghazan in the first week of its operations through four safe distribution sites.
A fourth day of his operations, a spokesman for the Foundation said that he had distributed two million meals. The BBC has not been able to check this number, which will be less than one meal for each gas for four days.
GHF did not respond to our inquiries about how to track it.
In a video clip filmed on the northern GHF site near Nuseirat on Thursday, the Palestinians can be seen running away from the ocean fence after the GHF contractors threw a shell that exploded with a high noise, flash and smoke.
GHF said in a statement that its members “faced a tense and perhaps dangerous crowd refused to differentiate.”
“To prevent escalation and ensure the safety of civilians and employees, non-deadly deterrence has been published-including smoke and warning clips on the ground,” she said.
“These measures were effective,” he added, and no injuries occurred. “BBC cannot verify this independently.
Later that evening, GHF GAZANS via Facebook warned that it will close any site where looting occurred.
GHF is not the only aid organization facing serious challenges. The night before the GHF warning, The World Food Program (WFP) has been lootedWhich led to many deaths that are still under investigation.
In response to the incident, the World Food Program said that humanitarian challenges “went out of control” and called for “a safe, uncomfortable human arrival” to Gaza immediately.
The BBC’s linguistic programming program has not answered how to implement more security measures in its warehouses.
GHF is unorganized
The Palestinians looking for help from the GHF operation were unorganized, saying that the lack of communication contributed to the chaotic scenes that were seen this week.
Things have been clarified more through wrong information. BBC Verify at least two Facebook profiles claimed to be official GHF accounts, exchange inaccurate information about the status of aid distribution centers.
One page has published with more than 4000 inaccurate information, sometimes alongside the images created from artificial intelligence, this aid was suspended or the looting in GHF centers was outsider.
GHF spokesman BBC confirmed that both Facebook accounts were fake. He also said that the Foundation launched an official Facebook channel.
Transparency information online showed that the page was created for the first time on Wednesday, which is the next day to start distribution operations.
Aid Oxfam and Gazan residents have told the BBC that the population instead depends on an oral word for information circulation when the aid is available.
“All people are hungry. Everyone is fighting to get what they want, how is we supposed to get anything?” Umm Muhammad Abu Hajjar, who was unable to secure the aid fund on Thursday.
Relief Agency’s concerns
Oxfam criticized the GHF distribution site, saying that BBC has been investigating that it has imposed “military control over aid operations”.
The Political Counselor, Busha Khadi, also asked about the weakness of people, such as the elderly, from reaching these sites, which are located some of the population centers.

When the United Nations was providing aid before the human siege of Israel, there were 400 distribution points scattered in Gaza. Under the current GHF distribution system, there are currently four known sites.
“In general, it was designed to increase the population’s concentration significantly by obtaining the only sources of food in a very small number of places,” said Chris Newton, chief analyst of the Brussels Research Group.
“Either you follow all its rules and may live in a small radius around these sites or is unlikely to live.”
The presence of armed security and Israeli soldiers in or near distribution sites has disturbed experts, who have said that he undermined faith in assistance.
“The distribution of assistance in this type of environment is very difficult,” said Professor Stewart Gordon at the London College of Economics.
“Our ability – our willingness – to act under pressure is exactly the reason that GHF is still one of the only organizations that are still able to provide critical food aid to Gaza today,” said a GHF spokesman.

The photos and videos taken by eyewitnesses and the Israeli army showed that GHF boxes look limited to canned foods, pasta, rice, cooking oil, some biscuits and lentils.
Ms. Khaldi said: “Humanitarian aid is not just a food box that slapped him to the human doctor and calls it humanitarian aid.”
Professor Gordon said that the supplies granted to families should be accompanied by medical support, cleanliness and water purification.
A 14 -page document of GHF, BBC sawAnd I promised to deliver water and hygiene groups in the sites.

On Friday, only one of the four GHF sites was distributed aid. It was opened for a period of less than an hour after GHF announced on Facebook that it was closed because all its supplies “were completely distributed”.
When I asked the BBC, check the reason for running only one site and why his boxes have run out very quickly, a GHF spokesman said, “It will differ day after day.”
The spokesman said: “The good news is that we have presented two million meals in four days and we will deal in the coming days and weeks.”
But many of them are still returning from distribution sites without boxes for their families.
“I am empty -handed like God created me,” said Hani Abed outside the center near Netzarim on Thursday.
“I came empty -handed and left empty -handed.”
