The purchase of a car in America is usually an infernal experience related to sales representatives, mysterious fees and financing negotiations for hours. This is something that Carvana aims to solve with the used auto market when it was launched 13 years ago. In this episode, Devindra talks to the chief Carvana Dan Gill product on how the company exceeds the joyful marketing of early car sale machines, and how he is still trying to master the experience of buying cars online. We also dive into some of the issues that the company faced – including late records and vehicle issues – and how you try to learn from them.
