In an interview with France 24, the chief American consultant in Africa described Masad Paul’s peace agreement on June 27, Rwanda Congo, as a “historic agreement”, stressing that “there was no comprehensive agreement like this in particular.” He pointed out that the agreement aims to end the “more than three decades” conflict, killing more than 6 million people and displacing 8 million others.
