After years in the spotlight, Helen Hunt I learned to give up beauty standards that often overwhelm Hollywood.
During an interview with Flow spaceThe 61 -year -old actress opened the “misery and shame” that she often felt about her physical appearance early in her career and explained how she chose to overcome expectations.
“It was impossible not to absorb the way you were supposed to look,” said Hunt. “And (there was) a certain amount of misery and shame about not looking exactly in this way.”
