The American expatriate has been weight in the long term in Delhi, acknowledging the same issues and adding, “The merit between the middle and upper class … enhances the culture of failure to work and indifference to bringing about change.”

The return of the last frustration said: “I could not get the debris to build the pedestrian corridor that was cleared even … It is the general indifference. There is no accountability from a corrupt bureaucracy.”
