HDFC Bank on Lilavati Trust’s allegations against CEO:

HDFC Bank of Trust Lilavati Kirtilal Mehta Medical, and refused the demands to comment and prosecute the CEO of Sashidhar Jagdishan as a “malicious” attempt to obstruct the battle to restore the loan from two decades.

In a statement, the bank defended Jagdishan, describing allegations as “heinous and isolated.”

An official spokesman said that the allegations are the latest tactic by Brashnt Mihata, who is the Secretary of Lilafati Trust, and his family to avoid paying “large” dues due to the bank.

The bank said: “Mr. Sashidhar Jagdishan is targeting people who suffer from a lack of conscience who abuse the legal process.” Mihata and his relatives accused the launch of “disturbing legal actions” over and over after their failure to win the comfort of any judicial body, including the Supreme Court.

HDFC Bank described the step as part of the “Mala Fide” campaign to intimidate its leadership and avoid financial accountability.

HDFC said it has obtained a “comprehensive legal advice” and is still committed to defending the reputation of the CEO. The statement added: “The bank is proud of the integrity and leadership of MD & CEO.”

Jagdishan, who has led the bank since 2020, did not quote individually, but the statement made it clear that the institution sees the attack as part of a broader and long -term effort to undermine legal recovery procedures.

MD and CEO of HDFC Bank are targeted by Mr. Sashidhar Jagdishan by non -conscience persons who abuse the legal process to thwart the long -standing loan recovery due to the bank from the rebel defendants.

The trustee, Brashant Mihata and his family members, owes large sums to HDFC, which has never been paid. The bank has taken recovery and enforcement measures over two decades, and at each stage of Prashant Mehta and his other family members launched many turbulent legal measures.

After constantly failed at all levels, including the esteemed Supreme Court, they now resorted to the recent Mala Fide’s personal attacks on MD & CEO for the bank with the only goal of intimidating the bank, bullying and CEO of MD & Ceo from implementing the mandate of restoring all loans pending everything that could be the law.

The bank is sure that our judicial process will learn about the fraudulent intention and the twisted goals of the secretaries and officials of Lilavati Trust in distorting the bank’s, MD image and CEO.
