Harvard University filed a lawsuit against the Donald Trump administration for the second time, after the Ministry of Internal Security prevented the university from registering international students.
The lawsuit represents an escalation in the battle between the Elite and Management Foundation. Harvard President Alan Garbar said in a message on Friday that the university had filed a complaint, and that a request for a temporary restriction would follow.
Garbar’s management description Moving against international students On Thursday, as part of a series of measures “to take revenge on Harvard to refuse to surrender our academic independence.”
“We condemn this illegal and unjustified work,” he added.
The Ministry of National Security did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
