Harvard University takes the Trump administration to the court for its decision to end the university visa program at the university.

Harvard said that the policy will affect more than 7,000 visa holders, which is “a flagrant violation of the first amendment, the condition of legal procedures and the law of administrative procedures.” Raise the court.

The Ministry of Internal Security (DHS) moved to end the program after Harvard University failed to provide it with wide behavioral records for the required student visa owners. The Ministry of National Security Harvard offered 72 hours on Thursday to agree with the request.

As of now, Harvard University has no longer registration of foreign students in the 2025-2026 academic year, and existing foreign students must transfer or lose their legal status to reside in the United States before the start of the next academic year.

The required records include any footage of the protest activity that includes students in the disciplinary visas and records of all students on visas in the past five years.

The required records also include footage or documentation of illegal, dangerous or violent activity by student visa holders, or any threats or deprivation of other students ’rights or university employees.
