Hardy The painful tourist bus accident, which almost took his life, is re -narrated.
During the Wednesday episode of “Nashville now” Podcast, singer and songwriter, opened the country, 35, about the terrifying ordeal that fell in the hospital and was affected by his mental health forward.

“Don’t think it cannot happen whenever, because it can be … living in your life because we will die.” “I only think that this is a head in which I lived over the past two years because I was, at a moment, the only moment that had been given to me as I thought I had died.”
In 2022, Hardy-whose full name was Michael Wilson Hardy-participated in three other members in his team in a tourist bus accident near Nashville.
During the podcast interview, Hardy recalled something “out” with the bus driver after they stopped a quick hole on the side of the road.
I said, “You are good? He said, “Yes,” and I said, “How long we have?” He said, “Yes,” Hardy said. ” The bus turned over three times. “

One year after the accident, Hardy was taken to hospital due to the ongoing panic attacks linked to the effects of the accident.
“I need to be honest with everyone for one second,” he wrote on Instagram at that time. “I have been dealing with some great concern since the bus accident last year, and over the past two weeks, it has controlled my life.”
“It has caused me to suffer from many panic attacks, which have landed in the hospital,” he said. “I need a moment to focus on me and make myself better for my wife and family and you, the fans.”

Over the past two years, Hardy focused on his mental health and participated in several forms of treatment after the accident, including EMDR.
He said: “After this entire experience, I had no disadvantage. It was so overwhelming for me so much that I really don’t really wish any person … It is forbidden for men to talk about it and know that there are young people who eat it every day, and this is not good for you.”
