Hajj is one of the five pillars of Islam and must be implemented at least once by all Muslims who are able to do so.

Hajj occurs annually between the eighth and thirteenth days of Dhul-Hejjah, the twelfth and last month in the Islamic lunar calendar.

The worshipers participate in four days of celebrations with a high point on the second day with outdoor prayer on Mount Arafat, the hill, where the Prophet Muhammad gave his sermon to him.
