Guitam Adani stepped off the role of the CEO in Adanyi Ports

Gotam Adwani came out of the role of the CEO of Ports Adwani and the Special Economic Zone, with his influence as of August 5. The company said.

The Board of Directors agreed to “redesign Mr. Gotam Adwani from the CEO to the Chairman of the Advanced Board of Directors as of August 5, 2025, and therefore it stopped being major administrative employees in the company,” the company said on Tuesday.

Adani Ports assigned Manish Kejriwal as an additional (non -executive, independent) manager for the company for a period of three years from August 5, 2025, taking into account the approval of the shareholders, which will be obtained within three months.

The company, which announced its results in the 26th fiscal year in the first quarter, announced an increase of 7 percent on an annual basis in a net profit for a quarter, as it reported a profit of 3,311 rupees. This represents an altitude of 3,107 rupees registered in the corresponding period of the previous year.

The company’s revenues increased by 21 percent on an annual basis, reaching 9,126 rupees in the first quarter of the fiscal year 26, up from 7560 rupees in the previous year. EBITDA grew by 13 percent to 5495 rupees. This financial growth has been supported by a strong momentum in logistics and marine business in Adani.

Ashwani Gupta, director and CEO of Adani Ports, commented on the growth of revenues, saying: “The growth of this quarter revenue by 21 percent is based on the extraordinary momentum in our logistical companies and marine companies, which have grown 2x and 2.9X, respectively.” Play the strategic focus of the company on expanding the transmission interest approach an important role in these results.
