“Goodbye, goodbye India and reservation”: a tax consultant crisis, as is the emigration of higher talents

The financial strike is great. According to the United Nations Development Program, the IT migration in India alone costs about $ 2 billion annually, without calculating professionals in medicine, science and other fields.

Drivers are complicated. In addition to economic opportunities and high wages abroad, analysts cite regular problems inside India – corruption, bureaucratic red strip, and limited research paths – as payment factors. Social and political divisions, including discussions on reservation and merit, also play in dissatisfaction with many young professionals.

While transfers from Indians abroad remain a major contributor to the Indian economy, critics argue that the long -term loss of intellectual and technical capital impedes the country’s ability to innovate and compete at the global level.
