Heslin Maxwell, a former friend of the late trp Jeffrey Epstein, who was convicted in 2021, was convicted of helping to abuse sexual girls sexually, through lawyers on Tuesday that she is opposing the United States government’s attempt to issue texts of procedures in front of the major jury directed to it.

In a court file, Maxwell’s lawyers said that the release of the materials will present a possible re -trial if it succeeds in persuading the US Supreme Court to condemn it.

Its lawyers wrote: “The reputation of the launch of the incomplete incomplete jury certificate, which has not been tested, is not tested through interrogation, will be severe and irreversible.”

Last month, US President Donald Trump issued instructions from Prosecutor Bam Bondi to seek to release the major jury materials from Epstein and Maxwell, as he sought to heat his base from conservative and democratic supporters in Congress on dealing with his management of documents from issues.

Trump has promised to create public files related to the two strats if they were re -elected and accused the Democrats of covering up the truth. But in July, the Ministry of Justice said that the list of Epsin’s previously described agents did not exist, which angered Trump’s supporters.

The certificate can only be canceled by the judge

The major jury bodies meet in a secrecy to protect against interference in criminal investigations, and their procedures can not be revealed without the permission of the judge.

The US Department of Justice cited what the continuous public interest in cases in the request of judges, Richard Berman, based in Manhattan and Paul Engy, to reveal the provisions of the Great Press Authority in Epsin and Maxwell. Maxwell’s lawyers wrote: “Whatever the interest that the public may be in Epstein, this interest cannot justify a wide storming in the company of the major jury in a case in which the defendant is alive,” Maxwell’s lawyers wrote.

Her lawyers told her Supreme Court that her conviction was not valid because the agreement was not cautious and the call made by the Federal Prosecutors with Epstein in Florida in 2007 to protect his colleagues. The court is scheduled to consider whether it will appeal the appeal in late September.

Last month, US Deputy Prosecutor Todd Blanche met with Maxwell to see if she had any information about other people who may have committed crimes. None of the parties provided a detailed description of what they discussed.

Maxwell was transferred last week from a prison in Florida to a low security facility in Texas.
