He said that 20 people are trying to get food were killed “amid a chaotic and dangerous increase” at the aid distribution center in southern Gaza, says the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, which is supported by the United States and Israel (GHF).
A statement stated that nineteen was ignored to death and one of them stabbed in the “tragic accident” at the GHF site in the Khan Yunis area, adding that he believed that the increase “was driven by the incitement in the crowd” who belonged to Hamas.
It was not immediately possible to check the report.
However, Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis said earlier that he had received the bodies of 10 people who were killed by “suffocation” after the closure of an auxiliary site by GHF private security contractors.
There were almost daily reports of the killing of the Palestinians while seeking assistance since GHF began operations in late May. Witnesses say that most of them shot the Israeli forces.
The United Nations Office for Human Rights said on Tuesday that it has so far recorded 674 killings near the four GHF sites in southern and central Gaza during the past six weeks. He added that other 19 -year killings were recorded along the United Nations roads and other aid convoys.
Before Wednesday, GHF denied that there were any fatal incidents close to their sites and accused UN of using “wrong and misleading” characters from the Hamas Ministry of Health in Gaza.
The Israeli army said last week that it had realized that there were incidents in which civilians were harmed and that it was working to reduce “the potential friction between the population and the (Israeli) forces as much as possible.”
GHF uses private security contractors to distribute aid from sites in Israeli military areas.
The United Nations refuses to cooperate with it, describing its preparation as immoral.
