A row erupted between two German states, Bavaria and Thuringia, regarding those who can demand the invention of sausage.
To date, the “Wurstkuchl” bar in Bavaria has claimed that it is “the oldest situation in the world.”
DIE Wurstkuchl is located on the Stone Bridge in Regeburg on the Danube. It is said that the oldest evidence is documented on a cook or food booth in the stone bridge that is said so far until 1378.
But now, historians in Erfurt, the country’s capital in Thorneo, coincided with a document from 1269 mentioning the people who rented a building with a bithütte and general roasting – more than 100 years before the position of the Regingberg sausage.
Historians are now looking for the site at Erfurt where the sausage stands once. No restaurant has demanded the title of the oldest Bratwurst position.
Previously, in Thuringia, the oldest written reference to Bratwurst dating back to 1404. He described how he spent “1 Groschen for Bratwurst” in the town of Erstadt.
Meanwhile in Regembrag, Wurstkuchl continues to make sausage.
On his website“It has been a lot as it is” since the Middle Ages, with “open charcoal grill, homemade sausage made of pure pork, pickled cabbage from their fermentation cellar and the well -known wordkuchl.”
In response to a report from a previous sausage situation, Alexandra Mayer told us on the German BR24 TV: “To be honest, do not bother us at all.”
She said she was proud that her family is making sausage and that people come because of the quality of the products. “I don’t think people will say,” I will not go there anymore because it is only the second oldest. “
This is not the first time that there was a row around Bratwurst.
Both the Bavarian cities in Regersburg and Norgman are accustomed to calling for the oldest title of the sausage position. In the end, a decision was ruled in favor of Regeburg.
