The Ministry of Health in Gaza says that during the past 48 hours, 202 people have been killed in Israeli attacks.

At least 26 people, including more assistants, were killed in the latest Israeli attacks on Gaza.

The attacks come at a time when desperate Palestinians continue in light of the Israeli blockade to wait for food distribution points amid a continuous hunger crisis.

Among those who were killed during the Israeli attacks on the besieged pocket on Saturday, 11 recipients of aid were in the US -managed distribution centers and supported by Israel. Gaza Humanitarian Corporation (GHF), which the United Nations convicted of its “weapon” of aid.

Meanwhile, the WAFA News Agency reported that at least three people were killed and that many others were injured by an Israeli drone targeting the Palestinians displaced in Maousy, south of Gaza.

The report said that the attack targeted the shelter of a tent from the Shurarab family. The tent was located in an area that was previously appointed as a “safe area”.

Within the past 48 hours, at least 202 people, including four recovered bodies, were killed after Israeli attacks, and 1037 Israeli attacks were wounded throughout Gaza, the Ministry of Health said.

Since Israel launched its war on Gaza in October 2023, at least 55,908 people have been killed, and 131,138 were injured in Israeli attacks.

The attacks on relief sites

In recent days, Israeli attacks have risen on first aid distribution sites in Gaza, where thousands of Palestinians gathered daily in the hope of obtaining food classes after two months of the Israeli siege.

On Saturday, three people were killed on the GHF site in Khan Yunis after the Israeli forces opened fire. Many people also were wounded and transferred to medical facilities.

Omar Hobby, a displaced Palestinian in Khan Yunis, told the island from a hospital that walking to these sites means that you “enter the point of death.”

Israel claims that its attacks on aid sites were to control the crowds, but witnesses and humanitarian groups said that many shootings were not dismissed, which led to hundreds of losses.

The Red Cross said on Thursday that the “vast majority” of patients who arrived at its field hospital in the pocket since the GHF relief system began at the end of last month that they had been injured while trying to reach aid or around distribution points.

Meanwhile, quoting WAFA, referring to the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority in the Gaza Strip, indicating that there was an internet services and land lines that affect the Gaza ruler, which includes Gaza City and northern Gaza.

There is currently a continuous interruption in the southern and central regions of the Gaza Strip, which lasted for more than three days.
