Each jar is packed to the brim full of goodness. Stuffed salads are cleverly packaged, with dressings and wet ingredients on the bottom and fresh vegetables on top. Simply shake it when you’re ready to eat and you’ll have a fresh salad in no time. It’s also tightly packed – sometimes I had to grab a few forks of the dressed spinach in order to have enough room inside the jar to shake it well. Of course, you can also empty everything into a bowl. For products like Producecups — chopped pineapple or apples with almond butter, carrots and celery sticks with hummus — or spreads like tuna salad, just dig in. The main thing I love about Gardencup is how much easier my life has been. I’m already thinking about money, doctor appointments, going to the gym, career growth, maintaining my friendships, abandoned emails, the state of the world as a whole, and whether or not I can wear cool purple lipstick.
