The combination of cinema and technology together, Studio Blo appointed veteran director Sheikhar Kapoor as head of its newly established council from Ai Ethics & Creative Strowardship. The announcement, which was released on May 6, 2025, refers to the studio’s ambition to lead the future of storytelling stories driven by artificial intelligence with both innovation and accountability.

With this date, Kapoor will direct the studio efforts to harness the artificial intelligence responsibly, while re -imagining how to create and try stories via media platforms.

Commenting on his new role, Kapoor said, “Amnesty International is not here to repeat the past-it is here to create completely new forms of cinematic expression. I think artificial intelligence films will be released soon as their own type, unlimited through the traditional definitions of cinema.
