Outgoing French Prime Minister Sebastien Lecornu began two days of final talks on Tuesday with members from various parties, a day after his shock resignation, in an attempt to find a way out of the country’s political crisis. Lecorno submitted his resignation and his cabinet on Monday morning, after his government was announced, on Sunday evening, by both allies and adversaries. His government was the shortest administration in modern French history. Antonia Kerrigan from France 24 has more details from Paris.
