France on Thursday formally investigated the founder of an adult website used to commit sex crimes, including by a French man who recruited dozens of strangers to rape his drugged wife, prosecutors said. They say the site has been used to commit numerous sexual crimes such as child sexual abuse and rape, as well as murder.
