The jury also found it not guilty of an additional charge of second -class sexual assault.
“We realize that there are those who fear individuals who suffer from the position of celebrities or the emergence of protrusion can avoid prosecution. Not in the Clacamas County,” John Wintwrath, the Klamas County lawyer, said in a statement. According to ESPN.
“This case shows that my office prohibits criminal acts regardless of the status of the perpetrator.”

The accident occurred in Lake Osuigo, Oregon, in October 2021, when Mclemore was identified as a suspect by the authorities after the woman’s complaint.
In February 2024, the Grand Compliance Authority in the Clacamas County heard evidence in the case, which included the woman’s testimony, saying that McKeimore attacked her. McClimmore was arrested two months later by the United States.

During the trial, Scott Healy, the Classamas County Prosecutor, told the jury that the woman had died on the living room sofa at about two in the morning after drinking. He recovered his partial consciousness the next morning, when McClemore sexually hacked her with his fingers and then started having sex with her.
Mclemore lawyer team opposed these claims, saying that she started sexual intercourse and agreed to it. Lawyers also claimed that the woman was sober enough to agree to sexual intercourse.
Mclemore, a producer in Kansas, played nine seasons in the American Professional League, played five with Sacramento Kings, who took him seventh in the US Professional League draft for the year 2013.
