The White House management and budget office (OMB) informs the federal agencies of providing power reduction plans (RIF) before a The government closing is possible On October 1, according to an internal memo obtained by Fox News.
The instructions say that the agencies should consider issuing RIF notifications for employees working in the programs that are not legally required to follow up if the lapses are funded.
