Like the previous Ray-Ban models, they do not seem artistic publicly, but I was still not a big fan of design. I posted a personal photo on my Instagram story and threw my friends on what they thought. While a few literature said they believed that I “brought them out”, the majority said they seemed too much on my face. A few of them told me that they seemed strange in a straight way, and one of them summarized my feelings well with “something to look at.” Personal style, of course. Depending on the shape of your face and its tolerance with contrasting colors, I can see others enjoying design. It looks aside, the glasses work almost identical with the Ray-Ban glasses presented in 2023. There is a POV 12-megapixel camera over the left eye, and an indicator lamp lights up when taking a photo or starting to record a video via the capture button. There are open loudspeakers in weapons so that you can listen to music and hear notifications. It is very similar to Ray-Ban glasses, the headphones here are very good in containing the sound so that others cannot hear it when listening to fewer sizes, but they are definitely noticeable at higher levels. You can control the playback and size of music easily, with the touch plate on the right side of the glasses.

“Performance” promotions

The most important upgrade that comes with Oakley glasses is the battery. Meta claims that the glasses can last for up to eight hours with “typical” (non -fixed) use and up to 19 to prepare. I managed to click on a little more than five hours to play continuous music from the battery in one session, that is, about an hour better than Ray-Ban tires. The shipping status can provide up to 48 hours from the extra operation time, according to META. More than a week has passed and I have not had to deliver the case.

However, the state of charging is significantly larger and heavier than the Ray Ban case. They are not deals, but the issue is very large for any of my pockets and is hardly suitable for a small rope bag. My other grip with the shipping issue is the same complaint that I had about the Ray-Ban issue: there is no way to see the shipping level for the same situation. There is a small LED in the front that will change from green to yellow to red based on the battery level, but it is hardly an accurate indication.

Another main promotion is a 12 -megapixel camera, which can now photograph in 3K compared to 1080 pixels on previous models. The high -resolution video is, in particular, not the default setting, but I can have the option. I can see that it is especially useful for creators looking to shoot POV shots, but I often use glasses for shots that still instead of the video.

San Francisco is currently a standard summer, so most of my tests were in some somewhat cloudy conditions. This may be a gray weather product, but I found the pictures I took with glasses excessively saturated for my taste. They seemed well on the Instagram story. The camera has a wide angle with a 100 -degree vision field, so there are still some learning curve in terms of knowing the best way to frame the shots.

Another problem is that it is very easy for a hat or piece of hair to make it in your photos without realizing. My previous experience with the Ray-Ban Meta glasses meant that I was keen to pull my hair before taking a picture, but I felt upset after riding a long bike that the barrier on my helmet was visible in the framework of each photo and videos. Meta may seem to have a META plan to address this: you have noticed a preparation called “media quality” that aims to alert you when something partially obstructs the camera. It seems that the feature is still testing, and it is not functional. A Meta spokesman confirmed that it will be added to a future update. Meta said: “Examination of media quality is an advantage that we work to bring to the collection of our artificial intelligence glasses in the future, which will alert users when the images are blurry or if there is something like your hair or a hat that prevents what you take.”
