A techie in Bengaluru has created a social media storm with his inspiring career journey, motivating countless individuals.

In a heartfelt post shared on Instagram and LinkedIn, Pradeep Kumar Saini, who is currently a YouTube content creator, spoke about his path to success, revealing that he could not get admission in reputed institutions like IIT or NIT and instead graduated from a Tier- 2 college. .

“I started my career in a small Delhi-based company as a web developer
With a salary of Rs. Books: 5,400 per month in 2008.

He continued: “I spent the first 6 years of my work in service companies.”

Saini detailed the challenges he faced early in his career, starting with a low-paying job and enduring a three-month spell of unemployment during the pandemic. Despite these setbacks, he persevered and has now achieved a remarkable feat, earning more than Rs.

In his post titled “My Journey So Far!”, Saini emphasized the importance of continuous self-development to stay relevant in the rapidly changing job market.

In the last part of his post, Saini went on to share the mantra of success in this successful journey. Emphasizing the importance of continuity and perseverance, he wrote: “I never gave up, constantly improved my skills, and worked in different fields.”

He also talked about how important it is in anyone’s success journey to stick to a plan, learn from mistakes and continually improve. He then talked about an interesting way of tracking his life: “I meticulously tracked every step of my journey – successes, failures and lessons – using detailed Excel sheets.”
