Graham Potter is a man who is under pressure while his team West Ham is struggling to face Everton Monday night football.

“Everyone has taken this responsibility and ownership. They are determined to change our wealth and I have great respect for the players for that.”

Dealing with pressure

Potter: “I think every person linked to the club feels frustrated by the result we achieved against Crystal Palace.
