Everton has opened talks with Manchester City in an attempt to bring Jack Grilliche to Godison Park, according to reports.
There are ongoing negotiations after Everton suggested a loan for a season for England.
Although the city is open to discussions, its preference is still a permanent transfer, although it has not completely rejected the idea of the temporary step.
Grilliche, which signed by City from Aston Villa in 2021 for a British fee of 100 million pounds, still has two years in a current deal in the Federation.
