Brussels plans to suggest customs tariffs on Boeing aircraft because it is preparing for more revenge in the event of trade talks with Washington.

The European Commission, which runs the commercial policy of the European Union, will include civilian aircraft on a list of about 100 billion euros of annual American imports that are targeted, according to two people familiar with this issue.
