Leaders from every country in the European Union, with the exception of Hungary, confirmed on Tuesday that Ukraine should have the right to determine their future before a upcoming summit between US President Donald Trump and his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, in the US state of Alaska. It is still unclear whether Ukraine will be part of the conversations.
