Emmanuel calls Macron Donald Trump after he prohibits the procession of his car

Emmanuel Macron made a phone call to Donald Trump after his trip to the French embassy by police officers preparing for the US President’s vehicle.

The video shows Macron, outside his car, talking to New York police officers asking for “negotiation” with them.

Macron was in New York to participate in the presidency of the Eighth United Nations General Assembly.
