ELI scheme is available to all companies, and expected guidelines soon

The sources pointed out that the initiative -related initiative (ELI) approved by the Cabinet on Tuesday will be available to all companies that wish to provide workers in the official sector. The operational guidelines are expected to be released on the charts soon.

Companies are expected to apply to EPFO ​​to take advantage of the advantages under ELI. EPFO will also monitor workers who join ELI and will be achieved that they are workers for the first time based on their global account number (UAN).

“Each worker gets only one UAN, which is transferred every time the worker changes jobs. UAN will work to ensure workers for the first time gets the advantages only under the first scheme of ELI.

EPFO already works on the background logistics of the scheme. I directed employers to activate Uan to their employees. UAN can also be activated by biometric authentication, through facial recognition technology. UAN employees are also expected to link their bank accounts and aadhaar to reach the advantages under the scheme.

While ELI plans have a budget of about 1 Cruiser Cruise, the sources indicated that this can be increased by up to 10 % based on the jobs created during a two -year period.

In the Federation’s budget 2024-25, it was announced that the ELI schemes have expenditures of 99,446 rupees and aims to stimulate the creation of more than 3.5 rupees in the country, over two years, for jobs that were established between August 1, 2025 and July 31, 2027.

EPFO for the first time is to target EPFO, the first scheme will offer EPF for one month to 15,000 rupees on two installments. Employees who have salaries up to 1 Kah rupee will be eligible. The second plan will cover additional job opportunities in all sectors, with a special focus on the manufacturing sector. Labor employers will have incentives in terms of employees who reach salaries of up to 1 code rupees. The government will motivate employers, up to 3000 rupees per month, for two years, for each additional employee with a continuous work for at least six months.

The sources also pointed out that these two ELI planners remain separate from the Prime Minister’s training plan, which is led by the Ministry of Companies Affairs and aims to provide land training at the best 500 companies for young candidates.
