The Global Postal Union said on Saturday that about 88 mail operators either stop sending the entire mail or partially to the United States due to President Donald Trump’s cancellation of the tax exemption of small packages. The group said in the week since the introduction of the new base, postal traffic to the United States decreased by 81 percent.
