The American pediatrician, who volunteered in the Gaza Strip, says that the injuries caused to Palestinian aid researchers at sites running them Gaza Humanitarian Corporation (GHF) It indicates that the Israeli forces there intentionally shot men and children, by targeting and clarifying the specific body parts in specific days.
Ahmed Youssef made comments on the island from the Jordanian capital, Amman, on Tuesday, hours after his return from Gaza, where he spent two and a half weeks at Al -Aqsa Hospital in the center of Deira Al -Bala and the Shiva Hospital in Gaza City.
The doctor said that he witnessed “collective light incidents” of Israeli shootings at the US -backed GHF food distribution points on a daily basis.
He said that boys and youth came with very specific injuries, “almost like a daily pattern.”
“In a specific day, for example, on Monday, we will get 40,60 patients coming at a certain time, and all of them will be shot in the legs, in the pelvic area, or thigh on a specific day, just a kind of similar style. However, someone beyond the gun on that day would choose the way they were either going or decided to kill people.”
“It was the random era.”
Youssaf’s comments are the latest by the medical staff in Gaza, which accuses the Israeli forces and American contractors of targeted violence and random at GHF sites.
Doctors without borders, known for its French summary, said last week that the dining distributions run by GHF in Gaza, affected by the famine, have become sites.Extreme killing and ignoring humanityWhile Human Rights Watch said the shootings are serious violations of international law and war crimes.
On Tuesday alone, at least 19 auxiliary students were killed at GHF sites in Gaza, while many were injured, according to paramedics and witnesses.
At least 1838 Palestinians were killed while seeking aid, and 13409 others have been injured since GHF started its operations in late May, the official figures said.
Israel and GHF deny the killings.
“Both Gaza is the trap of death”
Jossaf, the American pediatrician, said that the victims in the sites were mainly boys and youth, because they often risk trying to get food for their families, “given the dynamics of the risks associated with trying to carry a 5 -pound bag (2.3 kg), perhaps kilometers, and sometimes,” said Jossaf, the American pediatrician.
“People were telling us that they were sometimes on the site, or throughout the region, or they were trying to leave … and they were randomly shot; it was as if they were spraying. It was evident for them and us, from a perspective from his perspective, in that there is a very specific perspective, it is said.
The doctor went to describe all Gaza as “the trap of death.”
“It is a cage in which people are marked for death. There appears to be a share of the number of people who need to kill them on a specific day,” said Yosaf.
In the days when the Palestinians remained away from the GHF sites, because Israel has allowed more trucks than aid, there will be more intense air attacks.
“In the last four days that we were there, when there was more access to aid via food trucks that were allowed, the risk profile changed and the food distribution sites were almost worth the risk because there were some food elsewhere, we have seen a significant rise in the bomb explosions in the streets and homes. We have seen women and children, the elderly, in the days when the bombs come.”
The doctor described the Israeli atrocities in Gaza as “genocide.”
He said that one of the clear aspects of this is the refusal of Israel to allow him and his colleagues to assume medical supplies or child formula.
“When we were examined by the (Israeli army) on the border, the vast majority of us had things confiscated from our bags. Things such as food, multiple vitamins, antibiotics and medical supplies, such as headphones, all you can imagine, and we wished us to deal with people on the ground in Gaza.”
“It resulted in a position, when these patients came, at different stages of death, screaming from the pain for their mothers … We knew that in any other environment, we could do something for them, but in the Gaza environment, in the trap of death that Gaza is completely committed to, we could not provide the assistance they received, and to provide the human and human generous that they raised.”
