Dozens of people are afraid of trapped after a huge cloud has led to flashing floods in the state of Uttrangal, northern Uttrangal.

Rescue teams, including the army personnel, are on their way to the village of Darali in the area of Ouarrakashi, which are believed to have endured the burden of floods.

Common videos on the Internet show a giant wave of water flowing across the area, and the buildings are flooded along the path. Tourist spot, Diarly inhabited hotels and restaurants.

“I was reported to be a cloud incident in Darali in Utarkashi. We are working to save the people,” Prime Minister Puskar Singh Dammi told local media.

Brashant Aria, the province’s judge in Ottarki state, says communications were irregular due to poor contact in the region.

“Since it is a populated area with many restaurants and hotels, we have sent rescue teams to the site,” he said.
