Israel has begun to allow dozens of humanitarian trucks in Gaza, but the aid has not yet reached the Palestinians in urgent need, according to assistance groups.
UN spokesman Stefan Dujarrik said on Tuesday evening that although aid entered Gaza, relief workers were unable to bring them to distribution points where they required the most needed matter, after the Israeli army forced them to re -download supplies on separate trucks and workers ran out time.
The internal observations that were distributed between the relief groups on Wednesday and the Associated Press saw that no humanitarian trucks, Karim Shalom, left the border crossing in the southern Gaza run by Israel. The notes said that 65 trucks moved from the Israeli side from the crossing to the Palestinian side, but did not reach Gaza.
