Gianluigi Donnarumma says he is keen to prove himself in the “best league in the world” after joining Manchester City from Paris Saint -Germain on the day of the deadline.
Italy International signed a five -year deal with a city in a transfer of 30 million euros and spent Thursday stability before linking with his national team.
“It is (it is) a new chapter in my life and my professional life,” Donnarom said. “Playing in the Premier League with Manchester City is a great emotion for me and I am ready for this challenge.
“I always dreamed of playing in the Premier League because it’s the best league in the world. For the player, I think his achievement in the Premier League is the maximum of his professional life, so I am really happy to be here.
“I am ready to go to the stadium for this club, who was trying a lot to sign me and I hope I can pay this confidence.”
The 26 -year -old won the Champions League and four titles in the first division with Paris Saint -Germain, but Luis Enrique told him that he was no longer the first option.
He can first appear on Sunday in Manchester Derby in the Federation.
