Jim Rich, the Republican Senator who heads the Foreign Relations Committee of the Strong Senate, praised Donald Trump because of his “decisive work” on Saturday night, and insisted that the United States will not be attracted to “war forever.”
“President Trump has taken decisive measures today to help the Israelis in their efforts to stop the Iranian nuclear program,” said Rich. “Only American weapons that can do what has been done. This made America safer, as well as Israelis, and the world on a larger scale.”
“This is not the beginning of a war forever,” Rich continued. “There will be no American shoes on the ground in Iran. This was a limited, accurate blow, which was necessary, and all accounts were very successful.”
