A middle -level analysis professional in a multinational company faces difficulties in obtaining work approval from home due to the family emergency that involves police intervention. The employee said at the Reddit publication that he was with the company for more than three years and says that although the company’s policies are generally generous, its specified team imposes tougher rules.

The team allows only 27 papers per year including public leave, requires three days in the office every week, and delegates at least 100 hours or 12 days in the office every month, despite the hybrid policy at the company level from two days of the office per week and 45 paid papers in addition to 12 public holidays.
