DHL is appointed new heads of the American sections

German giant DHL and logistical services renewed the leadership team in the American region, which oversees the global guidance sections, the supply and electronic commerce chain.

On Wednesday, DHL Global Forwarding has informed customers that Michael Young will take over the role of the United States CEO, as of August 1. Robert Rierter, who is preparing to leave the company to move abroad and explore other professional opportunities.

Young is currently the CEO of the United Kingdom Global Tovaping, and Global Motorsports. He has more than 30 years of experience in the field of DHL Global, after he has occupied great commercial and leadership roles throughout the organization at regional and global levels.

During his term as CEO of the United Kingdom and Ireland, he led the organization through the challenges of the main macroeconomic economy, including the transmission of Britain’s exit from the European Union. In his simultaneous role as president in favor of Global Motorsports, he had an effective role in promoting a long -term DHL partnership with Formula 1, according to the company.

The company announced separately this week that Scott Ashbo has been promoted from the chief trade employee to the CEO of DHL ECMMERCE America, in response to the retirement scheduled for me, the end of the year. Its headquarters will be at the American headquarters in Weston, Florida.

Ashusu has played various leadership roles in 16 years in DHL. Before moving alongside revenue as head of commercial employees, he spent more than a decade in supervision of both local and international networks. DHL said he has wide knowledge of DHL connection systems and e -commerce environment.
