India’s aviation organizer withdrew Air India due to flight time violations, as she issued a notice to enjoy the Tata carrier of Tatta after finding safety standards that were breached on continents from Bangaluru to London.
According to a notice issued by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation (DGCA), violations were revealed during the immediate tests on India AI133 flights operating from Bangaluru to London on May 16 and 17.
“… during the immediate examination, it was noted that the official of the Air India company runs two trips from Bangalore to London (AI133) on May 16, 2025 and May 17, 2025, both of which exceeded the time limit set from 10 hours.” The Supervisory Authority was martyred in violations according to the requirements of civil aviation (Section 7, Series J Part Three).
The organizer added: “It should also be noted that the official of the Air India Ltd has failed to ensure commitment to the provisions and requirements of compliance …”.
The copy will be updated in response to the airline, upon receipt.
DGCA gave the airline seven days to explain the reason for not starting the implementation during the break.
