The General Directorate of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has imposed medical examinations for commercial pilots in the IAF climate centers, where the Pilots Association says it should be in accordance with international standards.
“All the investigations required for medical exams will be conducted at the IAF boarding centers at the IAF boarding centers. Additional investigations, which are not available at the IAF climate centers, must be conducted in Nabh/Nabl/ISO approved by second place, where the match that was scored on second place, he said.
Commercial pilots criticize this step, saying that this will increase his pilot, adding to the lack of pilots. Earlier, trading pilots can obtain their routine medical tests from DGCA retired doctors, but now this will be done in the IAF climate centers.
“In IAF ascending centers, commercial pilots must undergo medical tests for fighter pilots, who are primarily young (less than 40 years). Now the 55-65-year-old pilots are required to match these parameters. Sam Thomas, head of the Airways pilots Association in India, said.
AlPa India also announces that there are three IAF internal centers – Delhi, Jawra and Bangaluru – and pilots must search for an appointment for a period of three days outside the service. “If they do not meet these medical parameters, they will be established, which means a lack of pilots in service. We have asked that medical tests are according to the standards required globally,” Thomas added.
DGCA’s direction also said that based on date and clinical examination, any other investigation/report can be performed by the IAF Boarding Center to help verify flying fitness.
According to reports, the change was necessary because some pilots were using agents and fake reports to survey medical examinations.
