It is interesting that Geneva, Zurich, San Francisco and Luxembourg continue to control the best four sites in net salary classification. However, Frankfurt has increased impressive in fifth place, thanks to the low rents that leave more income available to residents-the blatant contrast to high-rent cities. Paris (26), Hong Kong (35), Tokyo (36), London (37), and to New York (41) struggles in the list because high housing costs in the sky are dealing with salaries, leaving workers with less breathing space despite the large total wage.
In comparison, the cost of living Delhi is much lower, allowing residents to extend their modest income. Rent, grocery stores, transportation, and entertainment are still much cheaper than in these global giants. However, even the collaboration at lower costs, the absolute gap remains arduous.

Low living costs in Delhi and the pillow of some contrast, making daily life more affordable than cities such as Zurich or San Francisco. It is one of the reasons why international companies continue to flow to the capital of India for talent and operations.
Interestingly, the net salaries of Delhi grew at a respectable pace: an increase of 37 % over a period of five years, which exceeds some of their Western peers such as New York and London by a percentage. But in the huge dollar, the gap is still vast.
While the employees in Geneva can explode on luxury goods, global travel and food food, workers in Delhi often focus on extending their income to cover the basics and modest savings. It is a variation that highlights how global income is not equal, even with emerging economies on the world stage.
Deutsche Bank notes that the economic height of India may eventually translate into a higher individual income. But at the present time, Delhi, who dream of Geneva, may have to dream.
