The Brazilian Football Association confirmed that David Ancelotti, the son of Brazilian director Carlo, will join his father as part of the national team’s training.
The appointment continues a professional partnership between the father and the son who started more than a decade, as David worked during the era of Carlo as an assistant coach in Naples, Everton, Bayern Munich and the last Real Madrid.
David was in the competition for the Rangers coach, however, the Scottish club, Russell Martin, was appointed as his new president on Thursday.
The 35 -year -old Italian player spent time at the Milan Academy as a young player, who will now join the Brazil team in Sao Paulo as one of the assistant coaches of the team.

The Brazilian Football Association said in a statement: “David Ancelotti’s arrival to the national team represents another step by CBF in its search for innovation and technical improvement,” the Brazilian Football Association said in a statement.
“His international experience and training methodologies will be essential to develop players and build a more competitive team.
“He welcomes CBFDide Anceotti and is confident that his presence will be an important reinforcement on the Brazilian national team’s journey towards its goals.”
Carlo Ancelotti was appointed as a major coach for Brazil on one road after Real Madrid left in May.
The move was the first invasion of the 65 -year -old player in the international administration before the 2026 World Cup.
The first Ancettti SNR game ended in the Goalleess against Ecuador.
