Daniel Levy stepped as President of Tottenham

Tottenham Hotspur announced the departure of the Chairman of the Board Daniel Levy after about 25 years.

Spears-the tallest English Premier League president-stepped down from his role in North London after his assumption in 2001 and building the club to a global force.

“I am incredibly proud of the work that I did with the executive team and all of our employees,” said a statement issued by Levy.

“We built this club in a global heavy weight competing at the highest level. More than that, we have built a society.

“I was lucky enough to work with some of the greatest people in this sport, from the team at Lilywhite House and Hotspur Way for all players and managers over the years.

“I would like to thank all the fans who supported me over the years. It was not always an easy journey but a great progress has been made. I will continue to support this club with enthusiasm.”

Levy has helped oversee Tottenham in recent years, build one of the best stadiums in the world and end the drought in the cup for 17 years.

Chairringon takes over

Peter Chairrington rose to a non -executive president as a result of change.

He added: “I am honored to become a non -executive president for this exceptional club, and on behalf of the council, I would like to thank Daniel and his family for their commitment and loyalty to the club for many years.

“This is a new era of leadership for the club, inside and outside the field. I realized that there has been a lot of change in recent months, as we laid new foundations for the future.

“We are now fully focused on stability and enabling our gifted talented throughout the club, led by Vinai and his executive team.”

Tottenham has made a number of changes to the hierarchical sequence in the past few months, adding Vienna Venkatham as CEO (CEO), Thomas Frank as a main coach for men and Martin is as a coach of women.

Honoring Tottenham

Tottenham paid a tribute to the leaving imposition on its website. They said: “Tottenham Hotspur turned during the last quarter of the century.
