Rainbow flags were waved via Havana on May 10, where hundreds of people participated in the Gay Pride Show. The banners that say “socialism yes, homosexuality” and “Cuba is love”, members of the LGBTQ+ community walked in the streets of Vidodo. The show was held annually in the capital since 2008 and only twice was boycotted during the Covid-19 pandemic.
