McDonald said that cruises are more likely to crime due to the number of people packed in a narrow area.
“I think at any time they collect large numbers of people together, whether it is in the Super Bowl game or in a world championship game or the American Professional League Finals or Graduation or what we do not have, the more we bring people together, the more excessive alcohol, the more people are able to allow a little of their natural personalities, I think this increases the ability to rise in that,” he said.
